CollegeBound Saint Paul
The City of Saint Paul is dedicated to investing in our children by providing college savings accounts with $50 for each child who lives in Saint Paul born on or after January 1, 2020. CollegeBound Saint Paul provides a pathway to a brighter future for families and the city. The purpose is also to connect families and their children to early childhood resources as well as financial resources and tools to be financially healthy.
Children and families will have the opportunity to receive more money in their accounts through bonuses. They can earn bonuses by logging into the Savings Portal for the first time, reaching milestones, participating in early childhood programs, and using financial capability resources
