Help Me Grow MN

Help Me Grow Minnesota focuses on helping families, caregivers and professionals learn about developmental milestones. We are also a connection portal to school district supports and services when there are questions or concerns about a child’s development during ages birth-5.

All primary referral sources, including medical personnel, are required to refer an infant or toddler through Help Me Grow as soon as possible for a confidential screening or evaluation. Services are free to eligible families, regardless of income or immigration status. A full training video for medical professionals and clinic staff can be accessed at this YouTube link: https://youtu.be/81Om0GwC5FY

Help Me Grow is an interagency effort of the Minnesota Departments of Education, Health, and Human Services, and their local programs. We also collaborate with health care providers and other professionals to share educational resources and referral information.
