The Center for Evaluation and Survey Research (CESR) within HealthPartners Institute provides evaluation and survey services to help teams systematically gather stakeholder perspectives and measure the impact of their programs on important outcomes like health and well-being. Patients, members, employees, and the community are at the center of our work as we design, collect data and share results. We provide services to HealthPartners and beyond.
